Sleep Philosophy

Sleep Training works because it establishes structure and routine, which builds
healthy sleep habits. A well-rested child will be eager to learn, thrive, and be
happy, rested, and healthy!
I take my responsibility as your Certified Sleep Coach very seriously, and
appreciate the trust you place in me very much! My approach to improving your
child’s sleep is simple:
First, we will have a candid conversation of your child’s sleep patterns.
Next, I will give you honest information about why sleep is so important for your
child’s well being. We will outline a sleep plan that will let you make some
choices about what is the right approach for your child.
Every child is different, and nobody knows your child better than you do. So, I
Encourage you to use your knowledge of your child to help us customize your
child’s sleep needs.
Then, I will show you how to measure sleep success, what to expect, and how to
be best prepared.
I promise to walk you through the process from beginning to end, ensuring you
are guided and continuously coached the entire way.
